Summer Camp for Adults?!?! You can have it all: the slumber party feel, the late night chats, the early morning sunrise, the reviving nature, the silly giggles, the creative play – all in the presence of a welcoming, embodied community.
Join InterPlay founder Phil Porter and InterPlay leader Agnotti Cowie for a weekend of fun, soothing and sacred play. InterPlay is an active and creative approach to unlocking the wisdom of the body and we do this by playing with our stories, sounds, movements and stillness. We will be using InterPlay to connect deeply in community and find the ways that soothe our bodies, knowingly that each of us are uniquely different. Show up as you are – the whole range of the human experience is welcome whether it is your gratitude and grief, your silly and your struggle, we find it is important to be together in the complexity to find ease in community. The leaders will be offering a range of forms and tools that will gently awaken your range of expression and unlock the wisdom of your body.
